This comes as a set, one of each colour. They are each approximatley 25 cm.
Zones of regulation
Hang the zones of regulation colours up on your wall. They can then easily be seen when you talk about emotions. Ask questions like, "what colour are you feeling?" and "what colour do you think I am?" You can start by telling them, "I see you are in the blue zone right now" or, "I am feeling silly so I am in the yellow zone". You can print pictures of your child making the faces of different emotions and then hang those up near the correct zones. Remember, you always want to be in the green zone. The aim is to help your child know when they are not 'feeling green' and then help them to regulate back to the green zone.
